Deep Sea Fishing * Light Tackle Fishing ** Bottom Fishing

Inside Mazatlan Fishing

When we refer to “inside,” we are talking about inshore light-tackle fishing and wreck fishing. Usually this consists of a short boat run of about 10 to 50 minutes. Inside fishing consist of but is not limited to species such as roosterfish, snook, snapper, sea bass and jacks. These species are abundant right outside the mouth of the marina, and other hotspots are closer to the shores of Mazatlan.

Our typical Inside or Outside fishing trip starts at 5:45 a.m. Our driver will pick you up and your guests at the hotel and transfer you to the marina where everything will be ready. From there, we will be heading out to catch live bait (if needed) and then to the fishing grounds. Typically our boats are back in the dock by 1:00 to 1:30 p.m. From there, we will go to  the Holiday Inn SunSpree Resort to cook your “catch of the day.”

Our afternoon "Inside fishing" typical inside fishing trip starts at 4:30 p.m. Our driver will pick you up at your hotel and transfer you to the marina where everything will be ready. From there is out to catch live mullet for the afternoon fishing and then time to fish. We will return to the marina after sunset, which varies from month to month. An afternoon saltwater trip like this is currently not offered elsewhere in Mazatlan. We capitalize on the late bite, which has proven to be very productive for us over the years.

Different months produce different fish. Depending on which fish you would like to target, we will point you in the right direction. Our trips are sold by telling you the truth. We will not mislead you just to get your business! And our current Video Fishing Reports will let you know exactly how the fishing has been for past groups.
